JTLR is a followup to Absurdism, Jister & The Lion Ranger's last EP back in 2014. It features the multi syllabic, northern and often abstract vocals of Jister alongside the bass heavy, dark and distinguished sounds provided by TLR. There is a clear evolution on this record from the last EP with a more mature and full sound, with stories and themes based around complex topics such as mental health, suicide, politics, relationships and the inevitable and impending zombie apocalypse all tackled in the 11 track piece.
Featured on the front cover of NARC. Magazine's May issue (had to get that in there, look at that glorious image above), JTLR is available to pre-order at jistermusic.bandcamp.com.
