Virginia rap artist Urlee releases new project "Million Dollar Ideas" @urleeva
Virginia rap artist uRLee (born Roger Lee Burley) possesses the distinctive ability to mix old school sound from the early days of rap with contemporary, relevant lyrics. He’s also been blessed with the rare gift to be real in his lyrics without being cynical.
His strong voice often matched with smooth music conveys messages of positivity for all listeners. While he raps with an “in-your-face” kind of approach, it’s always done so with personal vulnerability and dignity, using encouraging words to open listeners’ eyes and ears to hope and integrity. uRLee’s “Million $ Ideas” album features Producers, Paul Cabbin, (FMG – Yung Fokus & Big Blizz) Jeremy Rocwell, Tone Jonez (EliteProducers – Nyce),Chysty Productionz, and Epik The Dawn. While the artists who feature alongside uRLee are Rael Biggz and Rey Fonder.
While we all know what most rap sounds like nowadays; the stories and videos are more like commercials for cars and jewelry or guys flaunting their chests and abs. On the contrary this album by uRLee has powerful messages. In fact the stories he tells do not even need videos to accompany them for emphasis, because they provide their own visuals. uRLee brought everything to this album.
