Monteilh is a hip-hop recording artist from the state of Arizona. From an

early age Monteilh was surrounded by music, with his mom being a singer

and his brothers rapping, he too wanted to create music of his own. He

was only 9 years old when he wrote his first song and made his first video.

Monteilh began performing early on when he was only 13-years-old. Since

then he has performed with artists such as Nas, The Game, Bone

Thugz-N-Harmony, Twista, E-40, Too $hort, Paul Wall, Chamillionaire,

Overdoz, and Willy Northpole.

Although he was born with Monteilh as his last name, he chose for it to be

his artist name to make sure he always stays motivated to never lets his

family down. Whether it is writing and recording his own music or listening

to other talented artists, music has always been a major part of Monteilh's

life
