Originally from Landover, MD born and raised, 23 years of age Tay Stakks is ready to kick off his 3rd project (mixtape) entitled “Mon Seigneur”. Stakks was raised in a middle class neighborhood environment and till this day still feels a bit of the struggle that life brings along with it.
