Jibreel Price - Gold Medal

Riding off of the success of his sophomore album "TJPP" for almost an entire calendar year, Michigan's own Jibreel Price is ready to kick off another campaign for his next project titled "STARdom". The Pontiac, MI native has taken the past several months to piece together another quality project and now is the time for him to share what he's been working on with the masses. Today, Mr. Price debuts the first release off of "STARdom" as he provides us with the warm-up single titled "Gold Medal" to give us a taste of what's to come on the new album. Here is what Jibreel had to say on the meaning of the inspirational single:

"Gold Medal is a song created to inspire people to never settle, nor look to seek approval from others; just go for the gold. It takes a lot to be a winner, but it requires even more to win it on your own."

The gritty setting of the MBM HD-directed visual takes place in his hometown of Pontiac, which is meant to apply emphasis upon the poverty stricken environment in which he's surrounded in. Track produced by Ace Boogie of 4StarZ.
