Dj Get Bizzy - Crazy @DjGetBizzy

Dj Get Bizzy is back with a new song "Crazy", which is the first single off of his upcoming EP Ragerz. Crazy fuses Hip-Hop and EDM trap music together to deliver the true feeling of going crazy at a party in a 3 minute song. He grips the audience with not only the synth driven and bass heavy instrumental produced by Dutch Producer Solki but with his ferocious energy on the track.

Robert J.S. Weatherly (Born July 8, 1994), better known as Dj Get Bizzy, is an American disk jockey, recording artist, music producer and songwriter.

Robert Weatherly was born and raised in Plainfield, Nj with both of his parents. Weatherly attended The Academy for Allied Health Sciences, in Scotch Plains, until his junior year when he transferred to Bishop George Ahr High School. Robert is currently enrolled at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana to receive a BA in Entertainment & Music Business.

According to his parents, their son Robert always had a huge interest in music throughout his life from riding in the car rapping the words of Nelly’s Country Grammar at age 6 to rapping numerous songs in middle school and high school. However, a music career was never thought of because of Robert’s huge interest in AAU basketball, which is a year-round activity.

After enrolling in a high school that had no sports team Robert turned his interest into music. At first it was just collecting all the newest music ranging from Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, and Baltimore and Jersey club until the summer going into his sophomore year when he decided to become a Producer & Dj named Dj Get Bizzy. The name originated from his former aol instant messenger screen name “Robgetsbizzy”.

From the summer of July ’09 to May ’11 Dj Get Bizzy worked hard building a name in the underground world of Jersey Club music, and become one of the best young upcoming producers in the genre. Although he enjoyed the satisfaction of producing bass heavy club music Robert wanted more and wanted to produce more soulful music like the Hip-Hop he loved as a child. So after meeting Jonathon Sisco the CEO of Point Blank Recordings, Robert took the chance to promote himself as a Hip-Hop artist as well as a producer. Although hesitant to sign a “Rapping DJ” Sisco heard the instrumental and hook of a song produced and performed by Bizzy, which later became his hit single “Rewind Time” featuring Labelmate B-May, Sisco immediately showed interest in him. After a year of being associated with Point Blank Recordings Bizzy decided to leave the label to start his own with New Jersey native recording artist Taz. Together they founded Bizzy Life Music. Under the Bizzy Life Music imprint Dj Get Bizzy & Taz released their collaborative EP "Saturday Detention". After that released the duo released solo projects with Taz's "Live Audience" and  Dj Get Bizzy's "EST. 1994". Dj Get Bizzy is currently working on a new unnamed project.
