Isaac Sawyer is a solo HipHop recording/ performing artist born and raised in Las Vegas currently based out of Brooklyn. Who's core influences include Redman, Busta Rhymes, Jimi Hendrix, Del the Funky Homosapien and The RZA. A passionate live performer, he has made a name for himself in the Vegas music scene performing at the House of Blues multiple times. Also a member of the Chapter Crew, a 5 piece HipHop band, featured on the OkayPlayer: True Note 1 compilation. Isaac has Collaborated with Stones Throw artist Homeboy Sandman, Brown Bag All Stars member Soul Khan, and Grammy Award winner Skip Martin (formally of Kool and the Gang). Not only a lyricist Isaac, is a beat smith and was recently featured in a Beat showcase by the Beat Haus hosted by Fresh Daily that took place in Brooklyn which featured producer iLLMind, and Melo X.
Isaac Sawyer will be releasing one original song each month this year on YouTube for his fans and new comers to the music. The entire collection of songs will be made available for download 12/13/14. " Check me out" is the April installment and features production from Post Scripted who specializes in Boom-bap, chopped samples.
